Sexual & reproductive health
The stuff you Google at 2am, but answered like a bestie who actually knows their stuff.

Hey, Welcome
wonderful human
We see you and we're so glad you're here. This is your safe space to land, where your 2am thoughts relating to sexual and reproductive health are answered by a bestie (who actually knows their stuff).
We've got the whole kit and kaboodle covered - periods, contraception, STIs, sex, cervical screenings, the whole fam. We've done the heavy lifting (aka researched the sh*t out of everything, based on trusted clinical sources), so you don't have to. There's no judgment (pimple patches and underwear with holes welcomed), no big scary words (and if there are, we explain them), and no awkward chats (feat. your Dr that also sees your grandma). Slide into what takes you fancy, or when in doubt, head to Start Here. Honestly, she really knows what she's doing.

We don’t do annoying emails (we get it, have 'unsubscribe to annoying emails in the to-do list rn). Just bite-sized sexual health wisdom, made for those five spare minutes on the toilet when you’ve already maxed out your Instagram time.
Contraception
When in doubt
Start here.
This is your Sunday buffet breakfast of sexual and reproductive health: periods, contraception, cervical screenings, sex, STIs, and all the weird feels and WTFs no one explained properly. Pick what you need, leave what you don’t, and come back for seconds anytime. Waffles with maple syrup not included (however, if you are eating some, we’ll be over in 10!)

The Sundays Health movement
The Sundays Health Movement exists to change how we talk about reproductive and sexual health, with less stigma, more honesty, and way more “I’ve got this” moments.
We’re building a new kind of health culture: one that actually makes you feel good about taking care of yourself. This isn’t the kind of health education that makes you squirm, snooze, or feel small. It’s the kind that makes you say, “Wowww, how amazing is the human body!?” and then send it straight to your group chat.
What we’re doing here:
Normalising the awkward stuff
First periods, weird discharge, pap smears, contraception fails, STI scares - it’s all part of the deal. We take the fear and embarrassment out of these moments and help you feel seen, informed, and a little more chill about it all.
Informed, not overwhelmed
We translate the clinical stuff into human language you can actually understand - without sugarcoating, scaremongering, or making it feel like a high school science class.
Trauma-informed
We believe everyone deserves to feel safe and supported, whether you’re navigating your own health, showing up for a friend, or working in the space. We create content and conversations that honour lived experience.
Making space for everyone
We centre young people who have a uterus, but we also welcome partners, parents, friends, and allies into the conversation. Because when more people understand reproductive and sexual health, we all benefit!

Welcome allies & advocates
You’re not just on the sidelines - you’re part of this story. Whether you’re supporting a loved one through a cervical screening, cheering for pro-choice rights, or simply calling out health BS when you see it, you’re a valued piece of the puzzle. You don’t need to have all the answers (spoiler: no one does). What matters most is that you show up with curiosity, compassion, and an open mind. That’s how real change and real support happens, so go you good human!
Take me hereOur mission
We’re on a mission to make reproductive and sexual health the opposite of awkward. We take the eye-roll-y, head-in-the-sand stuff - periods, contraception, STIs, sex, cervical screenings, and turn it into simple, relatable and actually readable information you won’t immediately want to escape from. Just evidence-based info, told like a bestie who knows their stuff and doesn’t make it weird. We’re here for the firsts, the freak-outs, the “should I Google this or will that ruin my day?” moments. And we’re here for everyone, not just the people with uteruses, but the partners, parents, and pals who want in on the conversation too!
